Search for the best accommodation When you start the search for the right accommodation this can be quite intimidating, putting it mildly. Estate agents, rental agents, relocators, mortgage companies, credit controls, different types of accommodation and unfamiliar terminology can make this process feel overwhelming. We will discuss the following points with you; region, unfurnished or furnished, if furnished, what style of furniture is preferred, number of bedrooms, in which price range you want to search, which facilities should be nearby etc. When your search profile is complete, we will present you suitable and available rental properties. We will plan a tour to the final selection of properties. After a pick up from the hotel, airport or any desired location we will visit the properties. During our visits we will inform you about the pluses and minuses of the accommodation and will inform you about what you can expect from the neighbourhood. If you would like to rent one of the selected properties, together we will draw up a proposal which we present to the opposing party. Koops Expat Services negotiate about the possible rental price, preferred lease term, diplomatic clause, cleaning, pets or no pets, etc. ​When it comes to an agreement, we will study the rental contract and go through it together. After agreement we will help you with the financial handling. The day of the key handover we draw up an inspection report and take pictures of the maintenance condition of the house.
