Functieomschrijving OB DESCRIPTION: The Legal Relationship Manager will play a key role in supporting the Head of On-Demand Client Services in achieving key team results and leading lawyers on projects to meet client resource needs.

Partner selection and engagement
Legal engagement
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Building strong relationships with candidates
Processing client inquiries in accordance with the processes and service level agreements (SLAs) of the legal team dedicated to client engagement.
Identifying the most suitable candidates for each client inquiry and developing high-quality, compelling proposals to secure these inquiries.
Providing comprehensive support to candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure the successful completion of all internships.
Supporting the Head of Client Engagement on Demand during the onboarding process for new team members.
Assisting the Head of Client Engagement on Demand in managing projects involving major client inquiries.
Serving as the key point of contact within the legal team for resolving client/candidate issues and team inquiries.
Assume responsibility for specific operational tasks within the Legal Relations team, such as overseeing team project progress, assigning cases in Salesforce, and monitoring Salesforce reports/data.
Manage compliance with regulatory requirements, such as the Agency Worker Regulations,
Lead strategic projects related to legal relations.
Contribute to the development and implementation of client service best practices.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, commercial agreements, and company policies.
Working closely with the Client Services, Marketing, Technology, and Finance teams, we strive to ensure a positive experience for our clients and candidates.
Maintain an understanding of the competitive market situation and industry trends relevant to the work of the Legal Relations team.
